- We are shipping within India only. Please make sure you enter your complete address with correct pin code, functional mobile number and email ID. No changes can be made in address after order is confirmed.
- Due to Covid-19 there might be slight delay in delivery of your orders. Please do not message us saying it’s an urgent order
as we cannot control the time-line of the courier companies. Some areas may not be serviceable. Please co-operate.
- If you are in a containment zone, please do not place an order as the courier might not be able to deliver your package.
Domestic Shipping :
Currently Domestic shipping charges are: Flat rate of Rs 60 irrespective of size of order anywhere in India. However shipping is free for orders above Rs 1000.
We offer shipping everywhere in India. We take utmost care in shipping, packaging and forwarding of your products. But to make the procedure smooth and easy please allow us 2 working days for your order to be dispatched. For customised items, we may require more time, which will be communicated to you at the time of taking your order. Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are processed the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays so please bear with us.
We use private couriers like Delhivery, Ecommexpress, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax, DTDC, Bluedart, FEDEX, Aramex, and Gati for Courier Service, depending on courier coverage for your Pincode. If any of the couriers are unable to deliver to your address, we may send it by Speedpost. Normally, it takes 5-7 days and in extreme remote areas, our Courier partners may take 15 days.
Unexpected problems could be anything like:
- Unable to reach the customer.
- Customer’s phone number not working/ not reachable.
- Any kind of strike in the city or in courier company.
- Any natural calamities like earthquake, flood, drought etc.
- Any raid by any government department.
- Any kind of mishap during transit.
Important to Note: Octroi & Other Entry taxes, if any, shall be extra and payable by Customer. Gifts and Fashion shall not be responsible to reimburse those charges.
In cases of refusal to accept the parcel with OCTROI Duty & Other Entry taxes, customer will have to bear the shipping charges and other expenses and after adjusting all the expenses the balance amount will be issued as Credit to your account and the same can be used for future purchases from the store.
Also, please note that currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery option.
If any item has been ordered by you and we are unable to ship it due to courier restrictions, please don’t worry, we will refund the amount to you.
